At TRIBESKRAFT, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. As these are handcrafted products from natural materials, they may vary in color, texture, shape, and size (up to 10%), each piece reflecting authentic, artisanal uniqueness.

 

Our Replacement policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and provide a hassle-free experience when dealing with damaged or defective items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Replacement

We do not provide any kind of returns/refunds, we only have a replacement policy.

We offer replacement for items that are received by the customer in damaged or defective condition.

Damage or Defect Reporting

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team within  7 days of receiving the item.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs that clearly show the damage or defect.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

The exchange/replacement order will be delivered within 10-15 days, subject to stock availability.
